Ericsson drives the future TV experience at BIRTV
Ericsson announces that -at the must-attend exhibition of Asia BIRTV- they will demonstrate a range of solutions that enable consumers to access next-generation television experiences such as HD, 3D TV and video on demand.
Ericsson will demonstrate broadcasters and operators how it is enabling the
reality of creating, managing and delivering these enhanced consumer TV
services with the latest technology solutions and system integration
services.

"Our truck at BIRTV will feature the Chinese debut of a number of innovative products that enable operators to enhance their content value by providing the services that consumers are demanding.
With bandwidth at such a premium for a multitude of enhanced services such as video on-demand and convergence of broadcast and broadband, operators require solutions that enable them to provide these at premium quality levels.

The Ericsson truck at BIRTV will demonstrate new products for the first time in China and focus on:

* Managing bandwidth and delivering the best picture quality
* Content Management and Packaging
The BIRTV exhibition will take place August 23 till 26 in the China International Venue of the Exhibition Center in Beijing, China.
