FilmOn1Euronews, one of the most trusted names in European news coverage, is now available for free viewing on FilmOn.

The channel is, as its description states, “the most-watched news channel in Europe, bringing a neutral and objective international view of the world.”

Commenting on the deal, FilmOn CEO Alki David said:

"We are extremely proud to welcome euronews to the FilmOn platform and we are delighted that such an impressive broadcaster has chosen to partner with us in this way...This deal adds further muscle to our already formidable stable of leading content providers and it will enable us to break new ground by offering an unrivalled choice of premium news content...We have seen significant growth in audience over the last year and our advertisers are taking full advantage of this.

The channel caters to all areas of Europe, meaning that wherever you are on the continent, you’ll be able to watch Euronews and be up to date on the latest stories affecting Europeans and the international community at large. Euronews has different offshoots for the various languages found in Europe–Euronews French, Euronews Spanish, Euronews German, Euronews Portuguese and Euronews Italian.

The move comes after FilmOn also announced distribution deals with several state broadcasters including France24, ABC in Australia, TVE in Spain and Deutsche Welle in Germany. It has also recently launched an affiliate scheme along with a number of strategic partnerships within the advertising industry and it has partnerships with a number of leading advertising networks, which in the UK includes AdapTV, SmartClip and Millenial Mobile.
